Arda Vatan

Arda Vatan is an engineer and founder based in Munich. He is a co-founder of the AI systems studio ArtificialArtz; he also runs the software and automation side of the precision manufacturing company Revenisis and is responsible for its European operations. He studies mechanical engineering at the Technical University of Munich (TUM).

He works across two fields: source-verifiable data infrastructure that AI agents can consume, and precision manufacturing. He applies the same principle in both — every claim should have either a measurement or a source behind it.

ArtificialArtz

Arda Vatan co-founded ArtificialArtz with Alper Koç in November 2025. The studio operates across Berlin, Istanbul and Munich. His responsibility is conceptual design and technical implementation.

The systems do not run on an off-the-shelf automation tool but on an orchestration layer the team wrote itself. Services are written in Python (FastAPI), TypeScript, C# and C++; the data layer runs on PostgreSQL, Redis and MSSQL. The infrastructure runs on AWS, GCP, Contabo and Cloudflare Workers.

The studio was accepted into the Bright Data Startup Program in summer 2026. In July 2026 it demonstrated its systems live at Bright Data's booth at the WeAreDevelopers World Congress in Berlin.

The way of working has three steps: prove, ship, launch. Every system is grounded in real data, a real user or a real operational constraint. The smallest system that can prove the idea gets built and placed inside the way the team already works. The systems that prove themselves become products of their own.

Client systems

MiraKombin — A conversational AI stylist and virtual try-on system. The customer describes what they want to wear in their own words; Mira matches this against a fashion catalog and carries the result into a virtual try-on flow. The Turkey market entry is developed in partnership with CarbonMR Group. Launching.

WestGlobal Opportunity Engine — An opportunity engine for real estate. It collects listings from multiple sources, removes duplicates, attaches local price context and produces a scored daily priority queue. A human expert still decides; that feedback improves the system over time. Deployed.

Revenisis AI Operations Sprint — A custom operating workflow for an engineering and manufacturing company whose practice is built on reverse engineering, CNC and 3D scanning.

Products

RevSignal — An engine that takes a company domain, reads the live public web — job postings, reviews, search results, code — and produces a fully cited operational brief. A typical brief rests on 15–18 sources and carries over 90% citation coverage: a verbatim quote and a source link behind every claim. Anything that cannot be cited is deleted before delivery.

ProofFeed — An agent-payable intelligence feed: AI agents discover it, pay per call and receive a fully cited operational brief with an on-chain receipt. Implemented on Algorand.

CakeLet — A product that puts gift-giving on autopilot: built around shareable gift cards and reminders, with a relationship management layer planned on top. Free for up to 10 gifts a year, 20 dollars a year for 100.

Revenisis — manufacturing, metrology and Europe

Arda Vatan runs the software and automation side of the precision manufacturing company Revenisis. Operating since 2012 and based in Çorlu, Turkey, the company works on reverse engineering, CNC machining and 3D scanning.

On the technical side he handles optical 3D measurement of components with GOM and Freescan, target-actual comparison against the CAD model, and measurement reports for part release. He produces 3D models and standard-compliant technical drawings with Siemens NX. He evaluates measurement and production data with Python — and writes the tools that do the evaluating. He works with CNC milling and turning processes, and continues his training in CAM and finite element analysis.

Living in Munich created the second half of the job. He handles the company's European technical correspondence and supplier relationships in German; the side of the company that is growing towards Europe is his responsibility.

Before that, from September 2023 to May 2024, he was technical lead for all hardware at Sustainable Urban Pioneers: design, manufacture and testing of hydroponic and algae cultivation systems. He presented the results at TÜBİTAK and at an industry trade fair in Germany.

Education

He begins the B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering (Maschinenwesen) at TUM in the 2026/27 winter semester. Before that he completed the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme with 40 points — roughly equivalent to a 1.3 in the German grading system. His higher level subjects were Physics, Mathematics AA and German B. He placed first in the URFODU mathematics olympiad.
